its saturday night, im sitting again on my chair, waiting for calls of customers who needs technical support, well, its fine for now, not much callers , but its only 19:16, and the shift goes on until 23:45, so i have few more customers to "eat" .....

Imonly 1 hour and 16 mins here, in the evening shift at the technical support department, but, a funny story was already made, well, here it is folks.....
Customer called, with a problem of not being able to get his email
he uses "outlook express" as his email program, and by few checkings i made, it turns out that he is not conencted at all to the net...
Well, ok, no harm done, i explained him the problem, and just when i thought the problem was solved, the customer decided to show his best...
He started yelling that im not telling the true, and im all bullshit, and he can get his mails without internet connection (yea right, a bird comes by to your door, it knocks and deliver u the email, u fool)....
i started explaining him the logic view of why should he be online in order to get to our servers, and download his messages...nothing helped, it was like trying to piss against the wind, and get all dirty by your piss, well, i could not describe it any better then that...
Eventually, one of his best pals came by, and he knew much better then his pal, and by few seconds i explained him what was the problem, and he understood.....
That was only the 1st period of the shift, now my head is full of shit, 10x to the latter customer, how am i suppose 2 survive the rest of the shift ha??? how really???
Well, im used to it, im here for 2 years, and all one needs at this sitsuation, is cold water, cold water, and more cold water, and life goes on....
