Im writting in the middle of the shift, and its crazy here, people are calling and calling, and most of them are ok, but some of them dont even know where is the enter on their keyboard, so u can imagine how hard it is sometimes to support those ppl technically... I had one customer today, he has dialup connection (the old type of connection-by phone-slow..) any way, he had 1 bombi message in the size of 8 MB in his email box , and he did not understand how is it that he has to wait so long while the message is downloaded to his machine.
